We operate dedicated low-bed multi-axle hydraulic trailers capable of ferrying up to 85 MT singular girder pieces. For urban corridors (e.g. Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore), dispatches are synchronized with site-crane positioning windows to enable direct lifting from trailer bed to final alignment, eliminating site re-handling and storage bottlenecks.

For standard variants (IS-456, IRC-112 culverts and standard municipal U-drains), casting begins immediately using our extensive library of modular steel formworks. For bespoke shapes or bridge segments, our internal tool-and-die team fabricates hardened heavy-plate steel molds within 7 to 12 calendar days following final CAD signoff.

Yes. Third-party testing agency representatives (including IIT Madras, NIT Trichy, SGS, or Bureau Veritas) are welcomed at our Kappalur testing facility for cube sampling, batch raw material chemical analysis, rebar tensile elongation trials, and load-deflection proof tests before dispatch clearance certificates are issued.
