Total project command for a 12-span pre-stressed concrete (PSC) I-girder viaduct and approaches over the Vaigai river basin. Entrusted with heavy foundation engineering, pile load testing, pier staging, launching girder erection, and prestressing operations.

• check Supervise 1,200mm dia bored cast-in-situ piling and deep foundation integrity checks.
• check Oversee post-tensioning elongation calculations, tendon grouting, and bearing seating.

Stewardship of TTK’s captive ISO/IEC 17025 accredited materials testing laboratory. Authorizing concrete and asphalt mix designs, conducting routine quality surveillance on raw materials, and issuing non-conformance reports (NCR) with zero tolerance for deviations.

• check Manage nuclear moisture-density gauge testing and core cutter field density verification.

Complete fleet stewardship across 120+ captive construction machinery assets including excavators, concrete boom pumps, vibratory soil compactors, transit mixers, and hot-mix batching plants. Focus on zero unplanned downtime and preventative maintenance.

• check Monitor machine telematics IoT streams for fuel consumption, engine hours, and fault codes.
• check Direct central yard overhaul teams for hydraulic ram recon, crawler tracks, and engine overhauls.
